understated gem
This place was an excellent value for the price. 3 BR 2 bath with a hot tub and a good location with easy access to ski resorts, downtown SLC etc. Kitchen was very well stocked, was also helpful to have a washer/dryer. The owner was very responsive to requests and you could tell they went to great lengths to make this a good rental space. I have only 3 suggestions that would make this place even better:
1. The beds and pillows were a bit stiff/springy. A memory foam topper from Costco or amazon for each bed would easily fix that at a a relatively low cost (compared to replacing the mattresses).
2. Large fans in the rooms to help keep it a little cooler without having to wait on an open window.
3. It was very difficult to use our own streaming services on the TV such as paramount plus. There was no way to cast from my smart phone to the TV, or add additional apps that weren't already installed. I'm sure there is a way to do it but neither the owner nor I knew how.
All in all this is a very good place that could easily be perfect.
