The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return. "

"Marco is the friendliest and amusing host. He gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice re our short visit to Palermo. The hotel is in a great location, was good value and served a very nice breakfast. A good experience all round and would definitely recommend this hotel as very convenient for getting around Palermo."

The booking went through, payment was made, and I received a confirmation. The next morning, I found an email in my inbox stating that an error had occurred, without providing any additional details, and informing me that my reservation had been canceled. "This is a great 3-star B&B! The breakfast is good. the hotel is very clean. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is fantastic. One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me.
