"The location was very convenient and I could easily walk to places. I like that right across the street there were places to eat. The room was serviced daily which was very nice. The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. Special thank you to Liam who did an amazing job with my arrangements and assisting with transportation from the airport!"

"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner menu had a variety of options. We did not use the pool, but it was always clean. Although this is a 3-story building there is no elevator (think carrying luggage). Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"I would start by saying the check in process was easy since Wayne the owner lives on the property. He was there on my arrival and was able to show me how everything works. The property has remote control access gates and doors for the convenience of its guest. This really made life easy. Whenever I had a question Wayne was easily accessible by phone or if needs be he would physically come to help. The location is clean quiet, and the surrounding properties are well kept also. Everything you see in the photos are real. The apartment is well furnished and well kept. Beautifull Kitchen, all appliances were available for my comfort, and I must say they were all new, functioning and clean. The bathrooms were modern and fixtures immaculate. My bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the pillows were out of this world. Whenever I'm going to Trinidad again that's where I'm staying once its available. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who desires a decent place to stay.Thanks Wayne and see you again SOON.Anslem "

" There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there."

"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
