"Our stay here was a perfect getaway! It’s a hidden gem (literally - chalkenging to find at first, and metaphorically). We loved how easy it was to get to Sperlonga, Itri, and surrounding areas, and the train station made it easy to explore beyond. Definitely have a car for this stay. "

Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. "

"This house is a hidden gem! I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer villa in Cassino. The photos do not do it justice - especially the grounds which are large and beautifully kept. Everything inside is clean and well appointed. Alberto was attentive, prompt, and friendly. If you love dogs (as you should) there is a gorgeous guard dog that is a sweet as can be. He only comes out of his area by request. We had Kobe out with the family the entire stay. "

"The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. "This property was absolutely amazing! We were on a mountain surrounded by olive trees. The owners are so hospitable. The house was perfect with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The stars at night were incredible. There were horses nearby. We definitely would come back and tell anyone we know to stay there. Close to the ruins of San Pietro Infini as well.
