### Urumea | The Rentals Collection

This spacious apartment is located in Riberas neighborhood, about 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and Gros district. It is located on the second floor in an elegant building with elevaotr. This apartment has all necessary services around, such as pintxos bars, cafes, supermarkets and buses lines every 7 minutes to the center.   
  
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, both of them with showers.   
  
The kitchen is wide and big enough to have breakfast or lunch.   
  
The apartment is truly special for its spacious living room with access to the beautiiful terrace overlooking the river. We reommend you to be on the terrace watching the sunset of summer nights.   
  
The apartment has heating and free WIFI internet.   
  
The Urumea apartment has a nice terrace with a table and seating for 4 people.

#### Disappointing

Value/price ration is disappointing. Location is half an hour walk from this city center, even more after the bridge to the city center was closed. Easy to hear your neighbors talk, shower etc. Insufficient equipment in the kitchen. Doors of fridge and washing machine are broken. Freezer unusable because of ice inside. Service at check in is far below what you might expect, especially for this price.
