Entire house two blocks from Lake Erie beach & one block from park/playground

We spent 8 months rehabbing this home! We saw much potential in this 3 bedroom home within walking distance to beautiful Lake Erie (.2 miles), the Port Clinton city park/playground (.1 mile), downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, the Jet Express ferry. and fishing charters (1.0 mile). It has new flooring and paint, fully upgraded kitchen, stacked washer/dryer in laundry room , and new bathroom/shower. On the outside patio, is a gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor Table with seating for 6. Please do not park on the Patio or driveway…. there is plenty of parking at the street. This place is a safe and quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. This home is air conditioned, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and lighted closets. Kitchen has seating for 8 people to dine comfortably, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, smooth top electric stove and water/ice through the door side by side refrigerator. Will comfortably sleep six with possibilities for more, using living room couch. Fishermen are welcome but cleaning of fish and disposing of fish waste will have to be done elsewhere.

Great spot to see the eclipse
I brought my parent to Port Clinton to see the eclipse, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was nice being only two blocks from the lake and a short drive to restaurants. The living room and patio are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My only recommendation would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was quite a bit of outside light coming in at night. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Has everything needed for cooking and cleaning. We were here for fishing. Wouldve been nice to be able to clean fish on a table outside but completely understand why its not allowed. Definitely will book again next year

Great stay for a quick Cedar Point Visit
We had a lovely weekend stay at this tasteful house near the beach. It has great access to local on-the-beach dining, Cedar Point, and a local beach park. Its dog friendly and on a very quiet street, which was great for our little family. The owners quickly responded when we had a question about using the TV. We'd love to come back for a longer visit to explore more of what the area has to offer. Thanks for the great stay!

July 4th week stay (second year staying in this house)
We love this house and everything it provides. We bring our dogs and love that we can walk to the beach, we cook in each night and the kitchen is well stocked. The refrigerator was out during our stay but the owners brought in 2 small refrigerators to use as back-up. We did loose some of our frozen foods that we brought (I didn't know the freezer situation until I was packed to leave) but I highly recommend this home for your vacation despite the refrigerator situation!

Great Cozy Place for a family vacation!
We stayed here for a week with out 3 kids (15,13,9) and dogs. The place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, and had great amenities. My family enjoyed vacationing here! It was a comfortable place, cute neighborhood, beautifully decorated home, and felt like home away from home. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive and attentive to us. Check in and check out was easy. The home is close to many attractions (Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, african safari, beach area, gorgeous playground). We had a wonderful stay and made wonderful family memories. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!!
