The property grounds are gorgeous and the customer service is awesome. It has great amenities and is clean in general. We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the jacuzzi. It is close to the waterfalls, which we loved. A couple of things they could do better is update their TVs and make sure dishes are clean in the cabinets. We pull out a bowl and it was disgustingly dirty. Not a little smudge, it was dirty with food and not even rinsed.
