"It was all PICTURE (amazing views) PERFECT (see attached photo of the view from our room). The restaurant…we had two dinners and three breakfasts. It was all divine. The wait staff was very professional. Overall an incredible property. If it is on your radar as a “maybe”, then you need to book it and make it a “definite”!"

"This hotel is quaint and charming with very attentive staff. The restaurant food is superb! It is near train tracks but the windows close out the noise perfectly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that it is not in the main town of St.Goar. This isn’t a problem if you have a car or bike. We thought we could walk it but we underestimated how far it is. We had to rely on the local taxi and while very efficient, it cost us 18 euros every trip (each way) which really added up over the few days we were there."

"A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures. "
