Appartement petit mais très bien équipé, la terrasse est magnifique, le seul et gros soucis c 'est le parking en sous sol, nous sommes descendus une seule fois et remontés avec d'énormes difficultés et appréhensions, avec un S.U.V. il est impossible de remonter tellement la pente est raide et le virage difficile à négocier. L'environnement est agréable et l accueil avec Cathy fut très sympathique avec une personne très à l 'écoute

Geweldig klein appartement
Het appartement is klein en zeer fijn met een heel groot terras met zee en haven zicht Fantastisch! Cathy heeft ons perfect ontvangen. Het appartement heeft een grote luifel tegen de zoon, een airco/ cq verwarming systeem, inloop douche en alles is er. Alleen de bank was te laag voor ons.

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité des commerces du centre ville et de la plage. Une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Carlès. Résidence calme et propre. La clim, la piscine tout était réunis pour passer de supers vacances. Merci aux propriétaires ainsi qu'à Cathy pour leur gentillesse. Seul bémol le parking très difficile pour en sortir. Nous reviendrons Corinne (août 2023)

Très agréable séjour.

El apartamento está muy bien, tal como aparece en las fotos. La habitación pequeña no tiene ventana, es un poco claustrofóbica..... pero mi niña de 2 años durmió genial. La terraza es genial, tiene unas vistas maravillosas. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La verdad que un 10 en general. Pegas, te piden 250 eu de fianza, que yo no lo sabía y me quedé un poco sorprendida (se ve que no lo leí en el anuncio). La entrada del garaje es un poco mala. En cuesta y con curva pero se puede entrar y salir perfectamente. Mi marido no tuvo ningún problema, si lo hubiese metido yo seguramente para salir la habría liado ... Apartamento muy recomendable, si volvemos a sant Carles seguramente repitamos. Si es la primera vez que vais al pueblo no os olvidéis de comprar antimosquitos!!!!!

Bien sûr, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse est le principal atout, mais aussi la tranquillité, au 5e étage (et en automne). L'appartement est petit, facile d'entretien, pratique, parfait pour deux personnes.

Panomara spettacolare
Appartamento piuttosto piccolo come si può ben capire dalla descrizione e dalle foto, terrazzo vivibile con una vista fantastica. Essendo capitati nella settimana della festa del paese abbiamo potuto godere dei fuochi d'artificio sul mare direttamente dalla terrazza. Soluzione abitativa comunque comoda pur essendo in 4. Accoglienza e disponibilità di Kathy molto apprezzata. Per noi le uniche pecche sono i letti piccoli e non molto comodi e il bagno cieco senza alcuna ventola di areazione. Ma nel complesso posso consigliare questa soluzione con un rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato alla località.
