Apartment located less than 100 meters from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, very close to all kinds of local shops and the municipal market that takes place in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Ideal to enjoy your family holiday, has a private terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture, has three bedrooms, 2 doubles with double beds and a single with a trundle bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

Apart from its great location, you will have the convenience of being able to park without problems as there is a closed parking space in the same building for small or medium car.

Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a small town in the heart of the Costa Brava. Thanks to its Mediterranean climate, it enjoys a mild and pleasant temperature all year. Come discover the coast of cliffs and small coves, take a walk on the beach and let yourself be carried away by the charm of the surrounding natural spaces, such as the Gavarres or the Ardenya massif. Buen apartamento

Muy buen apartamento, amplio, ubicado cerca de la playa, con garaje (entrada algo estrecha para 2 vehículos), amplios armarios en habitaciones, menaje suficiente, caldera antigua pero funciona bien, ruido de tráfico en uno de los lados (normal), en el otro vecinos con la TV alta por las noches (si molesta, llamar a la policía municipal). La inmobiliaria, de 10 (rentals Cel Blau), magnífica atención.
