"So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1\. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2\. General dirtiness - took photos of a lot of dust and dirt across the villa. 3\. No washing up materials supplied in kitchen. It has a dishwasher...

"Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "
