The area in which the Vrbo is located is a little scary at first but once you settle in, meet all the students that go to school there and meet the workers beneath the Vrbo - the area is fine too. Upon arriving to Naples we patiently waited until the 2pm check in time in hopes that the host would provide instructions or reply to calls and VRBO messages. We eventually had to call VRBO for assistance and even when they called the host no one would answer. We were eventually given a refund and had to find other accommodations.
