"Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo! "

"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."

"We loved all the landscaping with lush greenery made our room feel very private and beautiful. The hammock was great for relaxing. De inside decor is dated. Room service was bizarre. We could tell that our room was service but only the because the bed was partially made, or the bathroom mat changed, or a towel rack placed on the room, or a dead flower removed. It was strange and each day a surprise. "
