"Abuu and his staff provided world class, extraordinary service. All meals were excellent, rooms an oasis and spa service from Hilda and Zam Zam as good if not better than anywhere in the world. The workers made us feel like we were family and all knew our names after our 4 day stay. I could not recommend Planet Lodge any more. If you are stopping over or coming Sorry, I’m in a meeting from safari, do NOT miss this lodge. From the day we arrived and were greeted by Eva’s smiling reception staff we felt at home. "I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside. The lodge is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure how to get the hot water to work but to me the water was lukewarm. Good enough for a quick cleansing. "
