"We stayed 5 nights at Julia hotel and have spend a wonderful time The hotel is very well located, close to Saranda marina with a lot of options for restaurants, boat tours, taxi tours.... Room was perfectly clean and fully equipped and had an amazing view on the sea. Rooftop for great breakfast even more stunning!!! "We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. We had stayed in the deluxe family suite with balcony and sea view. The property was new and the amenities provided were great .We were a little early for the tourist season but the staff made sure we were looked after personally. The staff – Barbara, Dmitiris and Edna were extremely helpful and polite. They suggested some wonderful local places to explore and eat and made our overall stay very memorable. The owner, Mr Erwin, was very hands on during our breakfast time and even made a vegetarian local dish named Byrek for us to savour. The overall breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of fruits, salads and cheese and the staff came up with different options keeping our vegetarian diet in mind. It is a short walk to the bus stop to go to Ksamil or Sarande Boulevard. We would highly recommend the hotel for its staff, location and service!"

"Just returned from an amazing break at Vila Kalcuni. This is a beautiful hotel, located in a lovely part of town, only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bars, restaurants and shops. It’s positioned on a private beach with stunning views of the bay. Vila Kalcuni is a real retreat set in lovely surroundings. The pool and bar area is very new and is immaculate. In fact the entire hotel is spotless and extremely well maintained. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at ! The room was very comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast was very good, fresh and plentiful and is served in a lovely restaurant. The manager and staff team are so friendly and welcoming, they work tirelessly and want to ensure that your stay is going well. Would fully recommend staying here and can’t wait to return."
