Cocoonr offers this 28m2 flat for rent on the Pointe Saint Jacques in Sarzeau, 100 m from the beach. The softly-toned decor invites you to relax, and its equipment offers total comfort (Wi-Fi, electrical appliances, etc.). It's an exceptional location for a break with family or friends. In the heart of the Rhuys peninsula, all the activities are within your reach: hiking trails, water sports, discovering the heritage with the Château de Suscinio. We look forward to welcoming you!

Le Clapotis "Petit logement pratique et bien situé 🙂 L'accueil de notre hôte Cocoon'R et ses explications sur le logement. Le côté pratique du logement, il y avait tout à disposition. La localisation du logement, près de la plage et pas très loin des commerces de Sarzeau. Il y a beaucoup de rangement pratiques. l'appartement n'est pas grand mais il est bien agencé. 🙁 La TV n'a pas fonctionné durant notre séjour, un problème d'antenne visiblement car toutes les chaînes étaient brouillées avec des coupures son. Notre interlocutrice Cocoon'R a contacté le numéro d'urgence mais a, en parallèle, saisi le Responsable local sans que cela ne change quoi que ce soit. Je n'ai jamais été contactée et personne n'est passée. Jusqu'à notre départ, la télévision est restée en l'état."

Tout était au top en plus le linge de maison 🙂 Suite à un mariage ou j’ai participé aux préparatifs, j’ai loué ce petit appartement pour me ressourcer au calme et c’était le cas. Très calme et tout ce dont j’avais besoin . Propreté, calme et une literie au top. 🙁 Rien , j’ai tout aimé."

Le Clapotis La description de la location était parfaitement conforme à la réalité. Avons été très chaleureusement accueilli le 1er jour. Ayant décidé au cours de notre séjour de le prolonger, l'agence Cocoon a été très réactive. Le tarif appliqué nous a paru très correct pour l'emplacement (plage à 100m, restaurants à proximité) et la qualité du logement (1er étage, balcon véranda, très bien équipé, décoré et propre).

En hiver, beaucoup de commerces sont fermés mais nous avons été conseillés utilement sur les adresses à ne pas manquer (vivier de Banaster notamment), merci ! 🙁 Pour les nez sensibles la proximité du port à marée basse dégage des odeurs d’algues très prononcées. Cela ne nous a gêné personnellement plus que ça mais c’est peut-être à mettre en information."

Le problème est que nous aurions dû avoir l appartement en ville avec ,2 chambres . Cela n'a pas marché vu les délais. Nous sommes venus très vite, Pour un enterrement . Ma carte bancaire n a pas fonctionné.. Cela n implique pas la perfection de la appartement. Très bien situé, plage accessible à pieds et un joli sentier côtier. Par contre il faut ensuite être véhiculé pour aller faire diverses visites ou pour aller à Sarzeau.
