The bed was haphazardly made very day. I was given bath towels with a noticeable hole. Towels like that should be removed from housekeeping. Rooms are not soundproof. Nobody was at the front desk when I checked out. I waited for 15 mins and I had to make my own transport despite speaking to Front desk in the morning confirming they will help me with my transport

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future.
