You’ll wake up every morning to the low, sweeping branches of beautiful Live Oak trees everyday at Chatham Square Hideaway. Tucked away on beautiful Chatham Square, this cozy, ground-floor apartment is the perfect getaway off the beaten path. This comfortable retreat has everything you’ll need to feel right at home, all within steps to Savannah's famous Forsyth Park, and Monterey Square.

After a long day of exploring Savannah's Historic District, curl up on the couch or one of several comfortable armchairs in the gathering room. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the smart television, or playing a game of cards with your party, you'll have an ample amount of space to relax together.

Just off of the gathering space, you'll find a full bathroom with a luxurious marble walk-in shower, and large vanity - perfect for washing the day away or getting ready for a day on the town! Also off of this space, guests will find two plush twin bed perfect for traveling singles or children. The apartment also features a private bedroom, that is fitted with a king-sized bed, with plenty of closet and drawer space for you to unpack for your stay.

Brew a cup of coffee in the kitchenette at the back of the apartment, and enjoy the Savannah mornings on your own private brick patio. The outdoor space is a serene place to seize the evening away, whether you are enjoying a home-cooked meal or glass of wine with your guests.

You’re just a quick walk from many local restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. Take a leisurely morning stroll through Forsyth Park to people watch while having coffee at the Sentient Bean, or head South to the bustling city district for a night out on the town.

Great stay!
This is a good location for walking anywhere in the historic area. The pictures are accurate, the antique type decor perfect. The furniture is very comfortable, both leather chairs recline! The primary bedroom is spacious, bed comfy and the closet is huge. There’s lots of storage throughout. The bathroom is also large and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen is small and fridge is smaller but was enough for the two of us for 5 days. The pots & pans are good quality & in great shape & there’s pretty much everything else you would need to cook. The apt sleeps 4 but I don’t know how it would be for 2 couples as you have to go through the extra BR to get to the kitchen. The kitchen table seats 2 but the outside table is nice and large if the weather is good. The back porch is covered, another plus. We didn’t have any trouble finding a place to park on the street. I recommend the Park Savannah app. The hosts were super easy to work with, responded promptly. I would book with them again.

The location was close to everything. It was a great walking safe neighborhood filled with beautiful Georgian homes. The street parking was a breeze and having an outdoor space was an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the space for three guests perfect. We will return.❤️

Location was great as it is close to Old Town Savannah. The free DOT bus line is only a few minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. Beds were comfortable and the 2nd bed room has curtains to close off which was fine for our adult daughter. Only a couple of negatives was the cleanliness which could have been better. Also, the lock box which was supposed to have the key inside was empty. Leaving guests are suppose to put inside but the cleaning staff did not verify. Was not great being stuck outside in the heat waiting for someone to bring a key. It took 20 minutes but like I said, the cleaning staff does the minimum here.

It was a beautiful place.
Everything was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Shower was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is dish towels in the kitchen since there wasn’t a dishwasher .

Adorable, great location
Me, my husband and our 12 year old daughter really enjoyed this property. The space was really clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable (master bed sheets didn’t stay on well because of the topper, but not the biggest deal). The twin beds are separated by curtains, that added nice privacy for our daughter. We walked all over the historic downtown, was a really great location. They provided plenty of towels. We did not use the kitchen, way too much good food near by. We could hear the people above us pretty easily, not an issue for us, but worth noting for other guests that might be more sensitive to that. Enjoyed the cute little outdoor space as well. Overall we loved it!

Savannah girls weekend
This place is perfect for staying in Savannah and being able to walk anywhere you would like to go. It’s a beautiful street with so many lovely homes. Our checking was easy with clear instructions provided. The home was furnished I. Keeping with the Savannah style. We had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. No street noise that we were aware of. We did not cook but there was a small kitchen space with dishwasher and small frig. Plenty of linens and towels. Bring your own hand soap as this is not provided. We would absolutely stay again.

It is a lovely property near Forsyth Park and within walking distance of Savannah’s many treasures. Parking is slightly problematic. The fridge is small and the freezer needed to be defrosted. These minor problems didn’t detract from a wonderful stay.

Pretty tree lined street. Beds were comfortable, wonderful patio with garden and cozy. Very good location on DOT line (free shuttle). Two blocks from Forsyth Park with wonderful restaurant. Only cons were short on hand soap and kitchen is not very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cozy and comfortable apartment
Loved the location…close enough to walk everywhere but just off the beaten path so we had a quiet street. The king and two twins worked great for my husband and I, and our two teenage boys who can’t share a Queen bed without squabbling. The patio in the back was private and a nice addition. The bathroom looked newly remodeled, with a nice size shower area, The only negative is that the place needed a super deep cleaning. Little things like the bathroom rug looking old and kind of dirty, instead of using a rug that can be washed between visitors. Kitchen was not updated but had the basics, which is all we needed. Overall, we loved the lower level apartment and would recommend it.

Beautiful condo in Historic District
We rented this ground level condo for a long weekend vacation. It was absolutely charming and found identical as described in the listing. Check in and customer service were top notch. The beds were very comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and accommodating. This is a favorited property for our trips to Savannah. 1 block from Forsyth Park and walking distance to all attractions.
