“Super Ferienwohnung, fantastisch ausgestattet. Lage nahe dem schönen Skigebiet, aber man ist angewiesen auf ein Winter- und bergtaugliches Auto. Infos vom Vermittler vorab hätten noch besser sein können (in unserem Fall zur Parksituation). Begrüßungspaket war stark beworben, aber leider am Ende nicht da. Insgesamt aber jammern auf hohem Niveau, es war toll.”

“Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Kommunikation gleich null – auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. Zusätzlich ist die Plattform extrem unübersichtlich: Die Unterkunft wurde über Casamundo gefunden, dann zu FeWo-direkt weitergeleitet und schließlich über Expedia gebucht. Am Ende weiß man überhaupt nicht mehr, wo man Nachrichten schreiben oder Antworten erwarten soll. Sehr kompliziert und intransparent. Beim Check-in standen wir über 2 Stunden vor verschlossener Tür, weil der Code nicht funktionierte……
