Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. "The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

"We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!"

"The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."
