The property itself was comfortable, for the most part clean & the rooms are quite insulated for neighbours noise.
We were staying in 1 portion of an adjoining room, sadly our neighbours next door tried daily to open the connecting door, 4 times during our stay - which was a bit unnerving. The pool view was beautiful & serene.
The reception staff & Olivas restaurant (breakfast buffet) was kind, attentive & very efficient & welcoming.
The area surrounding the pool could use better attention & better cleaning. The towels were often on a delay, as they were often out of clean towels (in the morning)! The area surrounding the pool & chaise loungers was dirty, cigarette butts, kleenex, straws, laid around for days, not swept up.
For the most part - it was a wonderful stay though. My biggest complaint was our hotel taxu to the airport - cost was double that of the Otaxi & the worst part was the factvthat the air conditioning did not work....AT ALL! A very disappointing end to a most memorable trip & the driver charged us the full 10 OMR!
