Built in a classic Nordic style, the building with its unadorned facade blends harmoniously into the environment characterized by the bathing architecture. You have the choice between four comfortable apartments and an exclusive penthouse apartment on the upper floor, which can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 people, depending on the size. Thanks to its quiet and central location and above all the private ambience, the Villa Baltic has won a lot of regular guests in the past few years who reserve their Rügen vacation months in advance, and not only for a beach vacation in the summer months. Timely booking is therefore recommended. The Ohl family is looking forward to your visit and warmly welcomes you to your dream vacation on the island of Rügen!

Villa Baltic Dream:
This exclusive holiday apartment for four to four people welcomes you in a Nordic charm on around 75 square meters of living space on the first floor of Villa Baltic. Numerous details and harmonious colors reveal the good taste of your hosts. With integrated underfloor heating, a fireplace and a furnished balcony, your vacation home offers everything your heart desires. In the spacious living and dining room, people like to meet for cooking, watching TV or playing games. The comfortable furniture, the modern 32 “cable TV, the mini stereo system, free WiFi and the high quality equipped kitchen make it easy to feel comfortable here. Good to know: washing machine [&] dryer (for a fee) are in the neighboring house of Villa Granitz.
