"We had to stay there at the last minute because the our original hotel canceled at the last minute. They were great! We only stayed there one night, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. We only had approximately 6 hours to spend in Venice. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman at the front desk. She mapped everything for us. Walked across the street to get to bus that took us directly to Venice and even told us what time to be back to pick up luggage in order to make it on time for the train to Florence. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Donatello which is located across the street from St Anthony's Basilica. Most rooms have a view of St Anthony's. Great Restaurants including Al Santo are steps outside the door. Staff was attentive and helpful; we were provided with a box breakfast because of our early departure."

"Check-in is open until 11pm only, if you didn't book directly through their website, contact the hotel in advance and ask for your reservation number which will be needed for self check in. Free parking at a garage downstairs, but you need to get a room card first to open the gate. "

"A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."
