The stay was pleasant, and the hotel, while simple, is well located and suited my needs. The breakfast was good. I believe the overall experience could be even better with an improvement in the quality of the bed linen, towels, and pillows.

This was our second stay. We had a not so great experience at another hotel and moved our last night in Brussels to Hotel Juliana. And as always we had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. 5 Stars. Breakfast and dinner are worth staying for too. Thank you.

The room was very warm and welcoming. The staff did a great job checking us in after a long day of travel. The bathroom toiletries were great, and I’d love to know what candle scent they use in the lobby!

If location is your thing this is the hotel for you, best location in Bruge for shopping and sightseeing, friendly staff, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast the only downside is that most of the rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities.
