“Very clean, neat and centrally located home in a nice neighborhood close to concert venue, beaches, restaurants etc. We only stayed 1 night for a surprise birthday celebration, but the house with its open floor plan and 4 bedrooms was a perfect fit for us. Sandy was quick to communicate/respond to any question or need we had and even had a welcome card and bottle of wine and a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee waiting for us when we arrived. ”

The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. “Great home with everything you could need; near everything you could want to do. Busch Gardens, Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands, Clearwater & Dunedin are places to visit. Or stay home for a day as we did and enjoy the pool. There’s a Publix on every corner & even more places to eat nearby!”

“The house was spacious enough for us ,but we didn’t like the neighborhood because the cops were called on us twice for having music playing at 5 pm and the policy said we could have music playing until 9 pm (the music wasn’t too loud either). As well as when we arrived we saw the pool dirty with a bunch of leaves, and not enough cleaning supplies. I honestly don’t recommend this house nor will I rent it again.”
