The room was comfortable, although it felt small with 3 single beds (for 2 adults, 1 child), there wasn’t much room to move or put our luggage. It would be okay for a night or two though. We loved the free return shuttle bus service to the Golden Pavillion (the driver was very nice and friendly). Staff at reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the train station but it is a bit far from the city centre and there is not much to do around the area (you need to walk 20-25 min).
