"Arrived very late on my own and phoned ahead to advise. The man on duty was so kind and waited for me to arrive. He had my room key all ready and made check in very smooth. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot that night but cold in the morning for some reason."

"When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest. "
