Double-height duplex apartment with 1-bedroom and a private terrace with Cathedral views. It is centrally located on calle Conde de Ibarra, a quiet street in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, just a short walk from Seville's main attractions and sights.

The bright, open rooms are designed in a loft style layout - without doors. The high, wood-beamed ceilings enhance the sense of space and comfort. With wooden and terracotta flooring and original artwork. Air-conditioning, heating and free wi-fi internet access 4G.

On the lower floor is the living-dining area. Furnishings include a sofa, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is small but well equipped for self-catering. With cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The washing machine is in a small room on the roof-terrace.

Bathroom with washbasin, WC and a walk-in shower.

On the upper level, raised on a wooden platform, is the bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) and a large wardrobe. A door opens on to the private terrace with unique views of the Cathedral. The terrace, from where you can enjoy the sunset, faces south-west.

There is an additional outdoor space next to the apartment entrance - which is shared but rarely used by the residents in the building. Both outside areas are furnished with tables and chairs.

TERRACES
The lower, half private outdoor area is, due to its proximity to the kitchen, ideal to have a meal. The upper, private terrace, has better views, to chill and enjoy a glass of wine.

STAIRS
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building, without elevator. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
