"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

"Good staff. Pramod & Sushil were very cooperative. No a/c. No TV. No wifi. No view from the room. No place to sit out. Uncomfortable mattress. 1 centrally located loudspeaker had the same 10 songs playing repeatedly every evening. Neighbours were very noisy...chatted & played past midnight till I went out, rang their bell & asked them to stop. "

The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."

"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "
