"Arrived around 10am, room was not ready, they try to expedite and the room was ready around 1pm,so aprreciate by early check in and upgrade to bigger and clean room. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious, many choices. Only thing is no hair conditioner provided, the hotel was connect to a shopping which can easily access, so no problem for getting any amenties."

"The location was very hard to locate at first. Our driver had to phone the hotel because the address provided was only an approximate location. Exact address should be provided on all correspondence with guests to make it easier for arrival."

"Very helpful staff and very clean room. It's also conveniently located to everything, especially the night market. My only complaint is: when arriving and having booked on Expedia, it took some time to figure out how to check in since they use a Kiosk. Had to call the front desk to help figure that part out. Other than that I would definitely stay her again! For the price, convenience and cleanliness this place was a steal!"
