"Beautiful location and view, hard to find, beware they charge per person - so the low daily rate is only for one person even if you've rented a three person room. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was very good and the location is spectacular."
"Amazing place, within a gorgeous setting and with the most caring hosts! You need a SUV/4x4 to get there but totally worth it.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer."
"This hotel is run by a lovely couple. If you are looking for an accommodation with family atmosphere, you don’t need to seek further. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel’s garden is full of wildlife, particularly birds, but also agutis and basilisks. I can highly recommend the accommodation. "

"The property is pristine and the breakfast is delicious. Rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Most of all, the hospitality from the host was second to none. We had some issues with our car on the way in and Stephanie could not have been more helpful. She is an amazing host with a great heart. Would stay again anytime I'm in Sierpe. "
"Clean modern room, best shower in Costa Rica at this pricepoint. Fast wifi with excellent coverage. No AC, but room is designed for that with large screens just below the ceiling and a big overhead fan. We stayed for two nights when day time temps were in the upper 80s on the beach, and we were very comfortable at altitude with the breezes from the ocean. The host, Lori, is a gem. The property is gorgeous and meticulously well kept. You will get full use of your rental car's 4x4 on the road to...
"Ganz tolle Familie. Wir sind 4 Nächte geblieben und haben sie langsam kennengelernt. Tolle Menschen, hilfsbereit obwohl wir uns kaum verstehen konnten, da wir kein Spanisch sprechen. Das Essen war fantastisch! Tolles Erlebnis! "
"The rooms are basic, clean, and functional. The air conditioner was barely able to cool the room enough for daytime sleeping probably due to poor seals around the window and door. The shower was cold water only and was missing a shower head so water just poured out of an open pipe....functionally okay. The bathroom was stocked with paper and a couple kinds of soaps. The towels and bedding were of decent quality and clean. The shared refrigerator was very full so space was limiting and the ice...
"Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. Jessica was always there when you need her. Plenty of food for breakfast which is served near the pool and astonishing view over the mountains, valleys , forest and even the sea!!!!!! Highly recommend this place..... "

"Su piscina infinita con vista a la cola de la ballena y el atardecer la amamos 100/10
Las fotos se quedan cortas a lo hermoso y de buen gusto.
Los masajes y tours super recomendados!"
"Absolutely stunning property! We had the 2 bedroom villa and enjoyed our stay immensely. The service here is fabulous...And the food is top notch.
The owners and staff members know how to make their guests happy. This is a must stay in my opinion. "
"Very nice ecology minded hotel. The grounds are great. It has quirky architecture, the staff are friendly and helpful
The site view has a stunning viewpoint where u can enjoy the sunset
The only criticism is that site is not practical for moving luggage from the car park to the room"
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drake Bay Getaway Lodge. Nestled high in the trees with a spectacular view of Drake Bay, we went to sleep with the sound of the pounding surf and the calls of green-eyed tree frogs and awoke every morning to the sounds of Capuchin monkeys and yellow toucans. Do yourself a favor and have dinner at the hotel as often as you can. Chef Lily is a true artiste both in terms of flavour and presentation. Her passion-fruit creme brulee might be the best dessert I’ve ever had. The entire staff takes great care to ensure an enjoyable stay. We enthusiastically recommend staying here."
"The staff was helpful, warm and kind. The room was stunning. Wrap around windows, including the bathroom shower. Views of the ocean and up the hill into the trees. We regularly watched pairs of macaws fly in front of us. Immaculately clean. The coffee and yogurt served in the dining hall were unusually tasty.
I highly recommend staying here if you go to Osa. Ask for room 3! Many of the tours depart from here, and it's the closest to the supermarket and laundry.
Be aware that the rooms are very small with little storage space. However, if you came by plane - you likely only have a backpack anyway. Also it is hard to find the main office. "
