“We had a fantastic stay In Roger and Hazel's beautiful lodge, which is very well equipped and absolutely immaculate. We had a lovely time at Whitecross Bay, it is so scenic and even better we were very lucky with the weather. We got to totally relax with our little girls. Thank you ”

“Lodge & location is perfect, whether you want to relax or go sightseeing. The lodge was perfect & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even though the weather wasn't brilliant, we didn't let that spoil our holiday! The scenery is absolutely stunning!We had a boat trip on lake windermere & enjoyed the Beatrix Potter Attraction.Would highly recommend a visit here!”

“10 out of 10, Absolutely amazing stay. The lodge is awesome and communication with Margaret the host is incredible, she responded to every email I sent asking questions about the area and generously offered us an extra night as we had to cancel our other stay due to ill health. The lodge has everything and is beautifully decorated with furnishings and even has netflix and wi-fi. “No better place for a relaxing time. Nicely located for a trip into the lakes if required. Extremely clean and Mark very helpful with good communication and doing all he could for us.
Only negative it says hot tub which we wrongly assumed would be at the cabin - however I assume he is referring to the jacuzzi in the swimming area and I feel this should be highlighted.
I had a disabled family member with me who was looking forward to this, but wasn't confident going into the pool.

“Great place to stay for a break, the caravan layout was ideal and the kitchen had all the facilities needed to cook meals etc., Having a shower/toilet and a separate toilet makes this property ideal for families. Cleanliness was of a very good standard and quality bedding provided. The location was quiet but within a few miles of towns and local pubs and eateries if you wanted to go off site. I would stay again.”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier.
But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks.
I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced.
Staffs are not really friendly. "
