"Cuando llegué a las 22:30, tenia u sobre en recepcion con mi llave, nadie para atender me dieron una habitacion con una cama que se hundia en el medio y cuarto de baño sin aseo, el aseo tenia que salir a la zona de recepcion y usar el general del hotel. "
