“It was a great time, easy check in and out! Grill and hot tub were great, and there was an amazing view of the stars.”

“The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.”

“We stayed here for our anniversary. The area itself is gorgeous. The town is full of things to do. Definitely somewhere for more of a leisurely vacation instead of jam-packed. We love the house the positioning of the hot tub so that you can watch TV was perfect. We definitely want to come back probably in the summer so that we can utilize the pool and bring friends just so we can introduce them to the area because we loved it so much. out of 10 highly recommend this location”

“We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. We enjoyed the location, private but not too far from town. Tony, the host was excellent about communication and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered great recommendations of local spots to grab a meal. Check in and out was a breeze. 10/10 would stay here again!! ”

We highly recommend this property for a peaceful place to stay. The only negatives were that it was a little difficult to find the lane and the road was a bit rough (but it was worth it!). ”
