"You cannot rest in this hotel. The daily loud music from the bar will stay until 4 am in the morning. Then early am drunk people are loud in the hotel. The hotel condition is very old and too many things are broken. Receptionists are nice and breakfast is decent enough. Overall i won't recommend this hotel. "

"As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest .
I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped .
I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant..
The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked .

"Right in the medina of Sousse! We arrived at night, so walking out in the daytime to realise we were in the middle of a line of stalls was a lovely surprise. The room itself was incredibly clean, which made us feel really comfortable. Go with no expectations, its a simple room with basics that are needed, its clean and does the job. The aircon was fantastic, almost too good that we turned it off at night time when it got a bit cold. Really good location if youre spending a quick day or 2 in Sousse"

"You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "

"This hotel is very lgbt friendly.
I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too .
Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby .
Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel .
