ibis Gaziantep
The staff and parking facilities were satisfactory. The room was decent on the first day, but on the second day, we had to change rooms due to a strong odor. I believe this is a common issue in all Ibis hotels that have been renovated.

Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was ...
