“My room had an ocean view and was clean, well appointed, and aesthetically relaxing. The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. I love that this is a Jamaican-owned resort, and the property was in amazing shape. It is a beautiful location. I got a wonderful massage at the spa, which was a lovely and extensive space. “Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. “If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed.
