"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"Sea Shell Palms is an amazing stay for an amazing value! I hope the quality and affordability never change. Security Green was excellent with our check in and check out process. The guards and maintenance workers were also helpful, even helped us jump start our car. The free morning breakfast was icing on the cake! Hot and fresh every morning and AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN FOOD! The property includes a beautiful pool, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try it out, definitely next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly, clean, and peaceful place to escape the busy streets of Ochi! "

This is a perfect choice for adults seeking a quiet getaway with more privacy and a personal touch, especially for travelers who prefer an alternative to the massive all inclusive resorts or Jamaicans seeking a lovely staycation. "My wife and I came down in February with another couple and had an absolutely incredible stay here. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s beautiful and the location is perfect. But the real highlight of our stay was the staff… Latoya, Kayson and Garfield were the absolute best!! Took us about 20 minutes to become best friends with them. And the food was just amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough - it’s like living in your own private boutique hotel. We’ve been to Jamaica several times previously, and usually stay at resorts, which is great, but once you’ve stayed here you’ll never do a resort again. This is the true Jamaican experience and it’s really something quite special. 10/10 no notes…"
