“Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back! ”

“The staff truly makes this property the best! A huge thanks to Christina, BJ, Samantha, Michelle Deanna and Cleveland. BJ was incredible with the kids. He found so many sea creatures for us and had a ton of knowledge. We also appreciated the hot coffee waiting for us every morning! Christina is a fabulous chef! We never went hungry. Some of our favorites were her jerk chicken and sauce, oxtail stew, coconut shrimp, festivals and banana bread. Give her leeway to cook what she wants and you won't……

“We had the perfect multigenerational family trip here at Villa Fantasy! The house is spacious, beautiful, and well designed. The staff is awesome catering to your every need. The pool has a large area 1 foot deep perfect for small children. The beach is gentle as is Bengal Bay making even beginning sea kayakers and paddle boarders navigate the waters easily. Alec, the staff manager, should be elected for public office because he knows the community well and can arrange trips to Blue Hole……

“It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! ”
