“I don’t normally do reviews but I had to share my experience here. First, I booked and arrived in the same afternoon and everything was ready to go before I arrived. The place is beautiful and I liked having a pool to relax and cool off. I also had access to the beach below. “Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully. ”

“I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. ”
