"It was a very nice place. Room was cleaned every day! Kid friendly location and lots of activities for kids and adults everyday. 3 different pools plus a kiddie pool and slides area. Beach was very clean and a short walk from the hotel( accessible). Staff was very friendly. Food was not that great. ..."

"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"The rooms are really nice but the service and food leave much to be desired. The wait staff at the restaurants is great but the front desk and guest services staff were very slow. It took them 5 hours to send us towels. The hotel had no air conditioning for almost 24 hours. It was miserably hot everywhere. ..."
