This was a convenient stop-over for one night. comfortable furnishings, only one thing, our room was on the end, it took a longer than expected time for hot water to come to the room.

Booked a room online through Expedia and showed up to check-in around 9 PM on 11/11/23. I was greeted by an incredibly unfriendly woman behind a plexiglass window with a tiny slot in it to pass through drivers license, payment, etc like a convenience store after hours. I passed through my ID and then she told me I was required to pay a CASH deposit of $50. No credit cards accepted only cash. At this point I left this scam of a motel and went elsewhere. No hotel/motel in existence except for this one asks for cash as a deposit and that was absolutely not specified online. Why would they want a cash deposit unless they plan to keep it? With a credit card deposit they can charge for damages etc. With a cash deposit they would have to walk over to the room with you to look at it before you check out and pay you back in cash. This place is a scam.

This place was not what was pictured when we booked the room. Upon checking in and we were going to our room, three Mexican men were standing out back drinking alcohol. “Workers” kept going back and forth with different guys, very unsafe. The bathtub was so dirty we didn’t want to step in and towels were nasty looking and the entire room had a horrible smell. Not a place I would ever go back to or recommend to anyone

The last motel we stayed at kept my drivers license. So, we were refused entry. We had to go to an ATM and use someone else's license. The tub was black. I had to leave at 5:18 AM and left my sister there. When she went to check out the woman said she would have to check the room, before she would give her back her $20. My sister had to clean out the tub before she could take a shower. I told the lady I had my license on my computer.

The desk staff was terrible. Man at check in was rude, argued with me about whether I would be smoking in the room or not, couldn't get my card to work so I had to pay cash when it had just worked at a gas station ten minutes earlier, the room was alright, only 3 pillows on a king size bed, the only ice machine didn't work and we were told "maybe we'll fix it next month". The Hotels.com app said free breakfast was included with the stay but when my husband went looking for it, the lady at the check in desk said there is no breakfast and rudely accused him of not being a guest because she didn't check him in. The room was clean and comfortable enough for our overnight, but we absolutely did not feel welcome. We won't be staying there again.

Unexpected. The price is as advertised, but there’s a 20-50 dollar deposit. The door in the room doesn’t seem that secure. There was some random guy standing in the corner, which was kinda off putting.

No plug for the bathtub.
There was no plug in the bathtub, and when I asked for one, they said there were none in any of the rooms. Since a long hot bath after a hard day's work is a major reason I go to a hotel, I gerry-rigged something and got the bath. But not having a service that basic struck me as very strange. Plugs are cheap, of course, so you can bring one if you need it.

Weekend Get-Away
We had a king-size bed on the bottom floor. While the location and size of the room were wonderful, we were left disappointed that the room only came with 3 very flat pillows and most of the cable channels were Christian based and it kept breaking up. While this is great for some visitors, it was not ideal for us.

We get there and there is a pool advertised and after driving 3 hours we looking dorward to swimming and it wasnt even functional. Also the staff had no idea how much room was or how much to charge not a bad place would not stay there again.

Good Room, But Door Needs Fixing
The room was clean and comfortable. The big issue was the door to the room, which had obviously been broken into at one time. The door still closed and locked, but the security bolt did not work.

This is an older, family run motel not a corporate motel. It is an ideal location as it’s near just about everything. It is at the end of hotel alley in the business district of i40. It fit the bill for what I needed, a one night stay. The room is small but it has a microwave and refrigerator and cable TV. The room I had was king size bed, definitely needed a new mattress. The staff was friendly and courteous and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak but sufficient.

I was in town staying at your plaza Inn and was told i absolutely can have no visitors which I should be able to have my family come and see me this is the only motel ever in my life to be this way and be so rude to me. I would never reccommend this place to anyone, This was by far the worst motel stay ever in my life.
