Bedroom 1: Two twin beds with a twin bunk on top — ideal for children or lighter sleepers.

Bedroom 2: One queen bed plus two twin beds — great for mixed groups or families.

Bedroom 3: Three full-size beds, including a full-over-full bunk bed — perfect for larger groups or teens.

Primary Bedroom: One queen bed, with the option to add a futon or a full mattress on the floor for extra guests.

Main Area

Fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing group meals.

Two bedrooms in this section:

One with three twin beds (bunk style) plus a full-size floor mattress — perfect for kids.

One with a full-size bed and a twin bunk bed (twin on top, twin on bottom).

Sunroom with two full-size futons for extra sleeping space or relaxation.

Full bathroom with a tub and all essentials.

Cozy TV room and sitting area leading to a large deck with peaceful nature views.

Private Wing

Separated by a door for privacy (can be left open for shared access):
