"What a wonderful home! Lukas, the owner, is a very gracious host who we got to meet while visiting. He gave us a rundown on all the amenities and such at the house. He was attentive to any questions we had and was very accommodating. The home is in a beautiful setting with unbelievable views of the rockies. It is also very quiet. Didn't hear one vehicle. The home has everything you could ask for including plenty of outlets in each bedroom. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay on our visit to Colorado!"

"Super cozy bed and sleeping lofts. Porch was amazing for sitting and chatting outside. Easily able to heat and cool the cozy space with the little AC unit or fireplace and overhead fan. Bathroom was just enough space. Loved having a pot of coffee every morning and enjoying it on the parch or up in the loft with a book. "

"The children had a wonderful time, and the land was truly beautiful. The house we stayed in was very family-friendly and well-stocked with supplies. We brought along our three kids and grandma. The property features a playground, horses, and chickens, which allowed the kids to enjoy talking to and petting some of the horses. The teeter-totter was enjoyed by both children and adults, and during our visit, they had set up two slackline Ninja Courses for the kids. Communication with the property owner was very smooth, and we received all necessary information regarding arrival and departure well in advance. The location was easily accessible and offered stunning views. On our first night, we visited Larkspur Pizzeria and Cafe, which was conveniently located down the road from our B&B; it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making for a pleasant start to our trip."
