Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly and even more of a bonus to have free parking during our stay - a rarity in Edinburgh! Good transport links into the city centre with many busses coming past the hotel regularly, and the tram station the other side of the stadium (about this a bit of a walk). Bed was very comfortable.

The property is seriously overpriced with a bit of issues roaming around the building being very old, such as sound barriers etc However the staff was very welcoming, the cleanliness level was great and it def was very safe

A quirky hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable modern room. Really good breakfast. Great location in the old town. The lounge area at the Eve restaurant was comfortable for a glass of wine and we even observed the pasta making group which looked very interesting! We shall definately be back!
