When we called the Red Sands property managers they noted the issue yet never came out to repair the leak. They later returned the call and still nothing was done to resolve the issue. We finally just left and will not book this property ever again!! Also, the AC was blowing only warm air. We had stayed at another place in the same complex that was smaller and not as nice. So when we stayed here we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious enough to fit our family of seven. Had all the amenities that one would need and our bed moved up and down and vibrated. The only small complaint would be the knives need sharpenning. Wonderful little terrace. Good views. Kitchen about as well equipped as I’ve ever had in a rental. Cooked for local family twice, and had what I needed (though I brought my own herbs/spices 👨‍🍳). We definitely would stay again.
