“DOG OWNERS BEWARE! Although the Expedia listing states that there is a 'deposit' for dogs, the owners informed us after check-in of an exhorbitant fee. Check-in was very unusual. Although I made it very clear that we wanted a pet friendly property and there was no where to add a pet fee on Expedia, shortly after arrival I received a text from the owners stating that I had brought 2 dogs and hadn't paid the pet fee. This was very unusual (surveillance cameras???) and actually a bit……

“We loved our time at this place in St. George. Great location and services nearby including the pool but also the Community Center (and a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance). Well equipped accommodations. I am a Canadian with phone off to avoid roaming charges so a little bit of angst about getting door lock code but all for naught. The only issue was the CO2 monitor chirping in the am which was 2018 and easily replaced (and assume I will be reimbursed for it). No hesitation……

“We stay in short term rentals often. This one was so comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The fireplace and the jacuzzi tub were icing on the cake. The unit is in front of the adult-only pool and it was very quiet which we enjoyed. The walk to the hot tub at the other pool is very close. The pickleball courts look fairly new and well-maintained. The small gym was perfect for a workout. It was a perfect getaway for 5 days to read, sit bybthe pool and relax. Highly recommend!”

“The location of this property was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning. The cushions on the patio chairs need replacing. We wished there would have been a gas grill. We felt comfortable. Just needs a little TLC. The rest of the condo was clean. It worked for us. We had a problem with the coffee pot and they responded with a new one almost immediately. The communication was great. Good value for the money. ”
