“Great walkable area not far from the harbour, shops, restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was getting from the train from St Erth into St Ives. I wish there was some type of warning from the hotel. No lift from incoming train over to St Ives platform with luggage was no fun then getting the luggage from the train up to the hotel was very difficult. Take a cab from St Erth to the hotel if you have more than hand luggage.”

“The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from.
