They are terrible!!!
I paid through hotels.com for the room. When I got there, they took my card for the $100 incidentals and gave me the keys. Five minutes later, they called to let me know that the third party payment didn't get to them and they needed me to pay for the room. I called hotels.com while in the lobby and while waiting on hold, the person behind the desk called several other people to tell them their payments had declined, as well. THEN, they wouldn't cancel my reservation and now I have no onekey and no refund!

The property is in dire need of a deep cleaning/refurbish for all areas. The carpet throughout the facility is so dirty it is slick. Same goes for the furniture. The pool deck was very dirty, the paint in the pool is peeling, the water was not heated and there is no hot tub as advertised. They didn't have enough bath towels in the entire motel to give extra towels for our family of four OR supply towels for the pool. The lobby bathrooms were closed/locked with signs on them that stated "For Employee Use Only". So if your room bathroom was in use or you needed the bathroom at the pool you were just out of luck. The hotel staff were indignant and rude about the lobby bathroom closure and refused to open it for use. They did not tidy the room up daily, restock coffee or take the trash. I would absolutely NOT recommend this motel.

The girls at the front desk was very nice but not real good with the check in. After I got to my room she called me back down telling me my card, repeating the last 4 digits did not go through. First of all the last 4 numbers she repeated were not on that card or any card I have. And it did go through just fine I just think she failed to put it in properly. Like I said though, she was really nice.

The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaints would be the did not come into the room and pick up trash or change the towels, We were there 4 nights and not one day did they exchange towels. We also had to run down to the lobby for toilet paper.

High price for cheap rooms.
The service was good when I did talk to the woman at the front desk. The room on the other hand was a mess. Yes standard cleaning was done but you can tell that’s all that ever gets done. There was a good layer of dust on our fridge, every edge of carpet is covered in dust from not properly being vacuumed, there was trash behind our tv stand. For the price I was not happy let alone impressed

Non-smoking facility that smelled strongly of both cigarettes and pot. The breakfast was pretty scanty and the guests in our hallway were "adults" who had obviously come to party. Poor television picture and not overly clean either. My kids did enjoy the pool. Room was okay. It sufficed for one night but I wouldn't stay there again.

Not an actual suite. A/C does not work properly (cold comes out on heat setting), clogged sink, phone handset doesn't work, phone message light resets nightly (talk about annoying).

Doesn’t get any better than this. The staff is friendly, the premises are spotless, the room is utterly comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is hot, plentiful, delicious. There is NO better place to stay in this city.

Front desk help was very good, could not of asked for kinder people. The room itself reeked of cigaret smoke, even though it is a non smoking hotel. The only outlets that worked in the room was the one by the sink, and the one the tv used. The rooms just need updated for the price you pay for a room.

Front desk “Arabella” assist was very accommodating. Because jacuzzi tub in room didn’t work we were given a discount. Once we arrived in room- TV didn’t work. “Arabella“ came to check TV only to discover the TV did not belong to the hotel. Prior guests had stolen hotel TV and switched out with one from home. Arabella moved us to a different room.

The weather stripping and door trim on the room door was not a good seal you can see the hallway through the doorseal from the doorknob to the carpet. Privacy breach. Telephone was broken and the message light kept blinking 24/7. I checked with hotel staff for messages and they agreed -- broken. The sink was cracked in several places! The room was clean and staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the hot coffee!

The room was nice and clean however the control dial in the mini fridge was missing so there was no way to turn it on, good thing we had a cooler with us, and the bed was very uncomfortable. But overall, it was ok.

Worst hotel stay EVER!
When we checked at 1am we were told that the elevator was broke, and had been broke for a week, yet no one contacted us and I had had the room booked for 2 months! Then they put us on the 3rd floor! We get into the room only to find dirty linens, someones retainer and chips under the edge of the bed. Then we walk over to close the curtains and find that the floor to the middle of the room is soaked! I went downstairs to get towels and had to go outside to get the staff member from her smoke break to get me towels....that then smelled of cigarette smoke-gross. I called and spoke to the manager, and while he was nice he did nothing of what he said he would as far as the refund. Ultimately I had to contact my bank and issue a chargeback. This place is rundown and needs a serious makeover before they continue to charge the prices they do. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go to the Holiday Inn Express across the way for better everything!

Sasha, Yes the Elevator had been down for a week while the service company located the part to repair it. And I apologize whole heartedly for that, it was a real inconvenience. I have spoken to the housekeeping and maintenance department about the housekeeping issues you experienced so we can make sure that it doesn't occur again. I am showing that the refund was transmitted from out system on the date we spoke on the phone, I am unsure as to why it hadn't happened made it back to your account after 3 to 5 business days for credit or 7 to 10 for debit. I do hope that you bank was able to get it corrected. Again, I apologize for this situation as well.

The biggest turn off was that it was super hot in the building. All the windows were open on the floors and lobby. The carpet in my room was not clean. They need to have them cleaned with a rug cleaner... yuck! The breakfast area wasn’t the cleanest either.

My apologies for the warmth of the building as the housekeepers open the windows for fresh air when cleaning. I have since told them not to do this. I have the professional carpet cleaner scheduled to come when we aren't running full and can get him into rooms. Margaret, I thank you for your feedback, I will have the room you were in treated for crickets and centipedes. As for the elevator, unfortunately, we had a transformer blow and catch fire and the surge from this created the mother board to blow. We are currently waiting on the part to come in so it can be replaced. I am genuinely sorry for these inconveniences.

Disappointed greatly
Property is run down....hallway carpet was filthy...bushes overgrown over sidewalk..mattress was worn out,,uncomfortable. Free breakfast wasnt bad but nothing to rave about... pool area needs attention...paint was peeling from bottom of pool , chips can be sharp...but pool water was clean... trucker motel in the making.
