I paid through hotels.com for the room. When I got there, they took my card for the $100 incidentals and gave me the keys. Five minutes later, they called to let me know that the third party payment didn't get to them and they needed me to pay for the room. I called hotels.com while in the lobby and while waiting on hold, the person behind the desk called several other people to tell them their payments had declined, as well. THEN, they wouldn't cancel my reservation and now I have no onekey and no refund!
