"Second year that our family stayed here! We love everything about it! Checkin is flawless. Communication is prompt and attentive. The kitchen has everything you need and lots of space to work in. The location is so secluded yet a quick couple of minutes from the beach. The wildlife (turkeys and deer) were a hit with the grandchildren! It’s just an all around perfect gathering place for a few days of relaxation with the family!! "

"It was a wonderful property about a 5 minute drive to marina. Lots of wildlife. Property was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The one negative was that there is no television in the living room. So if you want to watch a game or movie as a group, there is no larger space with a tv to do so. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

Beds and pillows were all comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the tools to allow you to prepare whatever upur heart desired. Communication was simple and responses were quick. Definitely a 5 star in Yankton - we have stayed in countless Vrbos in Yankton and this just raised the bar. She’s stunning!"

"I hosted our family reunion at On the Bluff. Everyone said that it was a great stay. The location is excellent, the neighbors are great. Doug's Grocery is wonderful, had everything we needed. Ask them about the Big Aluminum Boat. Casey's is "a pizza place that sells gas". You've got to try it! The house is roomy with lots of windows to watch wildlife along the river. Lots of birds in the trees in the backyard. The dog run was a godsend. "
